About me:
I know this is where I am supposed to tell you about my poor pitiful life and relentless rise to fame, but the main thing I am not, is dishonest. I was born poor, been poor and love my life the way it is. I do not want to make a living taking money from people who do not have it to give away. I'm not always nice. I will say it whether you want to hear it or not. Honesty is a rare quality these days and I intend to keep my principles, morals and values for life.
I am a 55 yr old W/F, alcoholic (15 years sober), life has challenged me in ways I could have never imagined. I have learned all of my lessons the hard way. I am a survivor of domestic violence, rape (both literally and figuratively), and have lived through four (4) failed marriages (so marital advice would definitely not be wise). I have been arrested three (3) times, two (2) were wrongful, politically motivated and almost ruined my life, however, the third (3rd) may have been a legitimate arrest in Texas, but that was completely dropped. I have been lied to, cheated on, mentally, physically, emotionally and financially abused. I lost both of my parents 23 days apart 10 years ago to illnesses that caused unimaginable pain to them to the point I began to question God; I lost my mind, shrank into a church mouse, lost my job, lost everything ......... but our God is so good! He had a plan for me, but he had to strengthen me, so that I could hel strengthen others. Those things to happen to me, they happened FOR me.
Our entire system is designed for capital gain, not the people the system was meant to protect. It is my mission and my life's purpose, to help people help themselves, with knowledge and education of today's society and this legal system, without working in any gray areas and remaining within the confines of laws that prevent me from giving "legal advice", just guidance and information that I have learned through my many years of legal experience.
I can't represent you, I can't be your lawyer, but I can teach you to represent yourselves until you actually need a lawyer. I can also teach you how to research your attorney before paying any large sums of money. The more work you do FOR them, the less they have to do, the less they have to charge.

Louisiana notaries can draft and execute authentic acts only when they do not involve giving legal advice. Examples include:
• Acts of sale
• Acts of donation
• Acts of mortgage
• Certain wills (statutory form wills)
BUT you must not advise the signer on the legal effect of these documents.

You may describe the difference between an acknowledgment and a jurat, but:
• The signer must choose which one they want.
